Dennis Watson (blue sweater holding PAL from IPAF card) won a trip to Washington, D.C. and Disney World as a result of being the 100,000th operator worldwide earning a Powered Access License from International Powered Access Federation.  Dennis Eckstine is holding his PAL AWPT card which is the first Powered Access License from AWPT, Inc. in North America.  Aerial Work Platform Training, Inc. is an American company providing training to aerial work platform operators in the United States.   AWPT, Inc. is a subsidiary of IPAF.
